A cooperation between German and Italian lawyers
advising SME, family businesses and individuals.

In Munich, Rome and Brescia.

Our Cooperation

We are a cross-border, consolidated and on-going cooperation between Italian and German lawyers. The founders and naming partner of the cooperation are admitted in both jurisdictions thanks to their dual qualifications as “Avvocati and Rechtsanwälte”.

From our local offices in Rome, Munich and Brescia, we are available to a selected clientele with a small but highly qualified network of German and Italian professionals offering dedicated and individual legal support in the areas of German and Italian business and private law.

We advise medium-sized and family-run companies as well as private individuals, combining legal expertise with entrepreneurial vision. Our German-Italian roots and our local and direct presence in Italy and in Germany, but above all our long-lasting experience in the Italian and German legal system, are the best prerequisites for a legally secure advice and support in the Italian and German market in the best interests of our clients.

You can find out more about our legal cooperation in a short, personal podcast information.

Marketnews

Germany and Italy have a tradition of bilateral, long-standing, and extremely fruitful trade relations.

Germany is Italy’s most important trading partner within the European Union, while Italy positioned itself as one of Germany’s main export partners. Despite the economic crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of German companies based in Italy has remained stable at over 2,000, while the number of Italian companies with a branch in Germany reaches 1,700 units.

In 2024 the total trade exchange between Italy and Germany amounts to 156 billion euro.

During the same year Italy’s foreign trade volume with Germany amounted to 71 billion euro, while Germany exported goods and services worth 85 billion euro to Italy.

The German and the Italian markets are the main focus marketplaces of our professional consultancy services and we are glad to have adviced over the years several German, Italian or foreign SME, family-run companies and private person investing in Germany and in Italy or electing Germany or Italy as their familiy’s home.
