We are a cooperation of German-Italian lawyers and tax advisors that advises in Italian real estate, inheritance, contractual and company law as well as the relevant tax advice and wealth planning.

Founded and managed by Marco Rampf and Susanna Eichner, both admitted to the bar in Italy as well as in Germany, we offer to private individuals, HNWI)and their respective Family Offices (SFO, MFO, VFO/PFO) as well as to SME, a comprehensive and dedicated legal and tax advice without borders.

Our approach is characterized by a strategic instead of a transactional view, a personalized rather than a standardized assitance, long-term relationships with our Clients, a practical focus and by an international mindset coupled with Italian expertise.

We don’t just understand our clients’ language — we understand their business challenges and needs as well as the (vertical and horizontal) technical-analytical and social challenges and competencies of the Family Officer.
