Rosalba Spatola is a lawyer admitted to the Bar Association of Rome. She earned her Law degree at the Sapienza University of Rome, with a thesis on the nullity of contracts under the supervision of Professor Massimo Bianca.

She also holds a “Licenciada en Derecho” degree issued by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport (Directorate-General for University Policy) in Madrid, and she is currently registered with the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Santa Cruz de La Palma.

Rosalba Spatola has gained significant experience in civil litigation, particularly in the areas of social security and employment law, family law, and condominium law.

She is also a certified civil and commercial mediator.
