Engineer with experience in consulting on environmental management, occupational health and safety, and sustainable development. He has worked with major public and private organizations, providing technical and legal support and ensuring regulatory compliance.

As an adjunct lecturer at Sapienza University of Rome, he taught courses on topics such as circular economy and energy efficiency, and contributed to research projects focused on implementing innovative solutions for waste recycling, including electrical and electronic waste.

Since 2011, he has been engaged in technical-legal consulting, with a focus on environmental management systems (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001), the preparation of environmental permits, and auditing activities. Since 2015, he has served as HSE Manager and RSPP, overseeing the safety of photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 100 MW and ensuring that production lines comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Between 2017 and 2022, he was Managing Director of F.A.S.E. Engineering S.r.l., a company specializing in the design of technological systems and energy consulting.

He holds a PhD in Electrical, Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome and a Master’s degree in Compliance and Anti-Corruption from Luiss Guido Carli University.

Since 2013, he has been a member of technical committees on waste management and remediation, and since 2023 he has participated in committees on Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231, collaborating with public and private entities to improve the sustainability and safety of industrial activities.
